In order to save a transcript, the client first needs to search by it. It needs to appear in the filter. In this case it was not there. The cli just typed the filter but never searched by it. Therefore, it was not recognized as a valid filter and was not included in the saved search.

In order to save a transcript, the client first needs to search by it. It needs to appear in the filter. In this case it was not there. The client just typed the transcript phrase to search by but never searched by it. Therefore, it was not recognized as a valid filter and was not included in the saved search.
