The client reports that a specific call (

) is not logging its information (summary and action items) into the HubSpot activity timeline, despite the call being recorded and accessible within the Jiminny platform. The client can navigate from HubSpot to the Jiminny record, but the corresponding Jiminny data is not surfacing in the HubSpot activity feed.
