ACS
in team insights.
Insuritas having AI Scorecard for 2 teams. When an user (from another team, different than the AI ACS scores) tries to see the performance an error appears. Also if you try to use ‘Select Scorecard’ dropdown - nothing appears.

ACS
in team insights.
Insuritas having AI Scorecard for 2 teams. When an user (from another team, different than the AI ACS scores) tries to see the performance an error appears. Also if you try to use ‘Select Scorecard’ dropdown - nothing appears.

, it looks like the error is presented only to normal users. Managers and Admins have no issue.
Although Jordan Costello receives an error, he can view the chart, just like any other user. Here is a look from Jordan’s perspective:

The only real differences are the error messages and Jordan’s inability to select a scorecard, as the list is hidden from him.
Re-assigning to the Platform team to further check if normal users really have to be restricted in any way.

Shortly after the call ended, the rep updated the deal stage to Closed Lost. The issue is that when the client uses the Stage at Call filter in On Demand and selects Discovery, this recording does not appear.
Would we be able to check what the deal stage was at the time the recording took place, and whether there may be a bug causing the recording not to show up under the Stage at Call - Discovery filter?

The fix has been deployed. In the future the last update, right after the activity end should sync the latest stage for the associated opportunity....

Hi team,
Moxso flagged that the following conversation was recorded while the deal was still at the Discovery stage:

Shortly after the call ended, the rep updated the deal stage to Closed Lost. The issue is that when the client uses the Stage at Call filter in On Demand and selects Discovery, this recording does not appear.
Would we be able to check what the deal stage was at the time the recording took place, and whether there may be a bug causing the recording not to show up under the Stage at Call - Discovery filter?...
