Problem:
Both US and EU environments were processing the same Gmail emails for text relay, causing:
Duplicate text_relay records in both databases
One environment succeeding (SMS delivered) while the other failed (sender mismatch error code 2200)
Users receiving failure emails even when SMS was successfully delivered
Wasted processing resources and confusing user experience
Root Cause:
Both environments were configured with the same Gmail account (
[EMAIL]
) and the same email domain (
txt.jiminny.com
). The
TextRelayService::sync()
method checked only the local database for existing email_provider_ids, so both environments independently processed the same emails.
Solution:
Implemented environment-specific email domains with domain-based filtering:
Updated EmailTextRelay.php regex

Problem:
Both US and EU environments were processing the same Gmail emails for text relay, causing:
Duplicate text_relay records in both databases
One environment succeeding (SMS delivered) while the other failed (sender mismatch error code 2200)
Users receiving failure emails even when SMS was successfully delivered
Wasted processing resources and confusing user experience
Root Cause:
Both environments were configured with the same Gmail account (
[EMAIL]
) and the same email domain (
txt.jiminny.com
). The
TextRelayService::sync()
method checked only the local database for existing email_provider_ids, so both environments independently processed the same emails.
Solution:
Implemented environment-specific email domains with domain-based filtering:
Updated EmailTextRelay.php regex
(line 215):
Changed from:
/\d+\.\d+\.[a-zA-Z0-9]{10}@txt\.(?:staging\.)?jiminny\.com/i
Changed to:
/\d+\.\d+\.[a-zA-Z0-9]{10}@txt\.(?:staging\.)?jiminny\.(?:com|eu)/i
Now supports both
txt.jiminny.com
and
txt.jiminny.eu
domains
Updated TextRelayService.php
:
Added
isForCurrentEnvironment()
method to check if email recipient matches the current environment's domain
Modified
sync()
method to skip emails not intended for the current environment
Filters emails based on
config('jiminny.google_text_host')
Updated .env.production-eu

We identified an issue for Tourlane where Twilio calls appear as “Unknown Customer” when the Salesforce admin connection token has expired. In this case, CRM object matching fails because the system relies only on the admin’s Salesforce token.
We should implement the same fallback logic currently used for dialers - if the Salesforce admin token is expired or inactive, the system should search for another active Salesforce token from any user within the same organisation and use it for CRM matching.
Acceptance Criteria:

If the Salesforce admin token has expired, the system searches for another active Salesforce token within the organisation.
CRM object matching continues successfully using the fallback token.
Calls should not appear as “Unknown Customer” when another valid Salesforce connection exists in the organisation.

We identified an issue for Tourlane where Twilio calls appear as “Unknown Customer” when the Salesforce admin connection token has expired. In this case, CRM object matching fails because the system relies only on the admin’s Salesforce token.

We identified an issue for Tourlane where Twilio calls appear as “Unknown Customer” when the Salesforce admin connection token has expired. In this case, CRM object matching fails because the system relies only on the admin’s Salesforce token.
We should implement the same fallback logic currently used for dialers - if the Salesforce admin token is expired or inactive, the system should search for another active Salesforce token from any user within the same organisation and use it for CRM matching.
Acceptance Criteria:

If the Salesforce admin token has expired, the system searches for another active Salesforce token within the organisation.
CRM object matching continues successfully using the fallback token.
Calls should not appear as “Unknown Customer” when another valid Salesforce connection exists in the organisation.

We identified an issue for Tourlane where Twilio calls appear as “Unknown Customer” when the Salesforce admin connection token has expired. In this case, CRM object matching fails because the system relies only on the admin’s Salesforce token.
We should implement the same fallback logic currently used for dialers - if the Salesforce admin token is expired or inactive, the system should search for another active Salesforce token from any user within the same organisation and use it for CRM matching.
Acceptance Criteria:

If the Salesforce admin token has expired, the system searches for another active Salesforce token within the organisation.
CRM object matching continues successfully using the fallback token.
Calls should not appear as “Unknown Customer” when another valid Salesforce connection exists in the organisation.

We identified an issue for Tourlane where Twilio calls appear as “Unknown Customer” when the Salesforce admin connection token has expired. In this case, CRM object matching fails because the system relies only on the admin’s Salesforce token.
We should implement the same fallback logic currently used for dialers - if the Salesforce admin token is expired or inactive, the system should search for another active Salesforce token from any user within the same organisation and use it for CRM matching.
Acceptance Criteria:

We identified an issue for Tourlane where Twilio calls appear as “Unknown Customer” when the Salesforce admin connection token has expired. In this case, CRM object matching fails because the system relies only on the admin’s Salesforce token.
We should implement the same fallback logic currently used for dialers - if the Salesforce admin token is expired or inactive, the system should search for another active Salesforce token from any user within the same organisation and use it for CRM matching.
Acceptance Criteria:

If the Salesforce admin token has expired, the system searches for another active Salesforce token within the organisation.
CRM object matching continues successfully using the fallback token.
Calls should not appear as “Unknown Customer” when another valid Salesforce connection exists in the organisation.
